At Hoopoo, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

    Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

Items purchased on sale or during promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale packages must not be opened in front of the courier; opened sale items are not eligible for return.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
